An all-in-one business management platform for Australian small to medium enterprises — replacing the scattered Xero + HubSpot + Calendly + Mailchimp stack with a single integrated app. I'm the founder & CEO.

What it is

OneBookPlus is what happens when you stop accepting that running an Australian small business should mean stitching together five to ten tools that don't talk to each other.

It's a single integrated platform — web and native iOS — combining invoicing, online bookings, full double-entry accounting, CRM, email/SMS marketing, and an AI Companion that automates the parts of running a business no one wants to do (chasing payments, asking for reviews). Built specifically for Australian SMBs: GST-compliant, locally hosted, designed around the reality that the owner is also the bookkeeper, the marketer, and the receptionist.

It's currently live with a free plan (no credit card required) and paid plans starting at $24/month. The iOS app is in the App Store; an Android app is in development.

Who it's for

What's inside

Six modules that share data instead of fighting over it.

Invoicing

GST-compliant Australian tax invoices with automatic payment reminders, online payment, and ledger entries that flow straight into the accounting module.

Bookings

24/7 online booking system with calendar sync, automated SMS/email reminders, and customer-facing booking pages tied to the CRM.

Accounting

Full double-entry accounting — chart of accounts, balance sheet, P&L reports, bank reconciliation. No need for a separate Xero subscription.

CRM

Customer relationship management with activity timelines, segmentation, and notes — sharing the same customer record as bookings, invoicing, and marketing.

Marketing

Email and SMS campaigns built directly on top of the CRM. No data export, no list reconciliation, no third-party tool.

AI Companion

The agent that runs the boring parts — chasing late payments, requesting reviews after appointments, drafting follow-up emails. Built-in, not a plugin.

Why I'm building it

I've consulted with 200+ Australian small to medium businesses across the last decade. The pattern was always the same: an owner running on five to ten tools that didn't share data, paying multiple monthly subscriptions, and losing hours every week to copy-pasting between them.

The big SaaS players have answers for enterprise customers. They don't have a serious answer for the cafe owner who needs invoicing, bookings, accounting, marketing, and a customer database to actually share the same database. OneBookPlus is the answer I wished existed when I was advising those clients.

The thesis: software should work for you, not the other way around. Simplicity over feature checkboxes, completeness over modularity, and pricing that respects the size of the business it's serving.

About the founder

I'm a Melbourne-based entrepreneur with a decade of experience in digital marketing, web development, and SMB consulting. Started multiple businesses in my early twenties — a digital marketing agency, a consultancy, a web development practice. Consulted with 200+ Australian small and medium businesses across that period.

Full-stack engineer (React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure) by background, which is why OneBookPlus is built end-to-end rather than assembled from third-party APIs.

I'm also Head of SEO Operations at Supple Digital, founder of Search Insights Academy, and creator of Codetta — a lightweight desktop code editor with first-class AI.
